General Jim Hart – President/ Chair
Brigadier General James W. Hart is a graduate of Chipola College in Marianna, Florida.  He received a law degree from the University of Alabama Jones School of Law and also completed the Sloan School of Business, Senior Executive Management Program, at MIT.

Cindy Hungerford – Vice President/ Vice Chair
Cindy began her public service career at the age of 16 leading an Adolescent Program to help teenagers achieve their potential. At the age of 19, Cindy began selling Recreational Vehicles. 2 years later, she was interviewed by Starcraft in Goshen, IN., to become their 1st Female Sales Rep, an honor which she declined to pursue her college education.

Isabel Dominicis Dewey – Secretary/ Treasurer
Isabel is currently employed as a project manager and consultant with IBM. During her career with IBM, Isabel has worked with clients ranging from the Internal Revenue Bureau of the Virgin Islands to the California Independent Service Operator (CAISO) which maintains the state’s power grid. Isabel specializes in business process redesign and operational improvements.
